ADHD Forge (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides technology services and operates adhd-forge.com. This policy explains how we handle information associated with our public website, our own customer communications, and the ADHD Forge SMS program. Separately operated customer websites and applications may have their own privacy notices.

Information we collect

• Information you provide: your name, email address, telephone number, and the questions, service requests, or other information you choose to send to us.
• SMS information: the mobile number you provide, your messaging preferences, opt-in and opt-out records, message content, and delivery or error information. Consent records may include when and how you gave permission.
• Website and security information: technical request data such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, referring page, and access times recorded by the systems that serve and protect our website.

Reading this policy does not subscribe you to text messages. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information by SMS.

How we use information

We use information to respond to you, provide and support the services you request, operate and protect our website, maintain communication preferences and consent records, investigate delivery problems or abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.

ADHD Forge’s operational monitoring SMS program sends server and service outage alerts, recovery notices, resource threshold warnings, backup results, and scheduled maintenance notices to its owner and approved server operators. Messages are sent only within the scope of the permission you provide. Approved operators request enrollment by texting JOIN and then replying Y to confirm. The monitoring program does not send promotional, marketing, login, or verification-code messages. Message frequency varies based on monitoring events. Message and data rates may apply. SMS privacy and information sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your consent is specific to ADHD Forge and is not transferred to another business for its own messaging program.

Service providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to operate our services, provide support, protect our systems, and deliver or manage messages. These providers include Twilio and telecommunications carriers for SMS delivery. This operational processing does not authorize them to use your SMS opt-in data for their own marketing. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and prevent abuse.

Your messaging choices

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time. A final confirmation may be sent. We retain the minimum opt-out record needed to honor your choice. You will need to provide consent again before receiving future messages from the program.

Retention, protection, and requests

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing requested services, recording consent, honoring opt-outs, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Information no longer needed is deleted or de-identified.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No system or transmission method can guarantee complete security. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and retain information required for legal obligations or to honor an opt-out.

Policy updates

We may update this policy when our services or information practices change. The updated policy will appear on this page with a revised effective date. A policy update does not replace any separate SMS consent required from you.
