ADHD Forge SMS program

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of adhd-forge.com and participation in the ADHD Forge SMS program. The program is operated by ADHD Forge.

ADHD Forge’s operational monitoring SMS program sends server and service outage alerts, recovery notices, resource threshold warnings, backup results, and scheduled maintenance notices to its owner and approved server operators.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies based on monitoring events. Operational alerts may recur under the specific consent you provide. This monitoring program does not send promotional, marketing, login, or verification-code messages. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier determines any applicable messaging or data charges.

We send SMS messages only after you separately agree to receive them from ADHD Forge. Your consent covers the program and message types disclosed when you opt in. Visiting the website, providing a phone number for another purpose, or accepting these terms alone does not enroll you in SMS messaging.

Monitoring alerts are limited to the owner and approved server operators. Review the SMS monitoring invitation, text JOIN to +1 (984) 600-6050, then reply Y within 30 minutes to confirm. Sending JOIN alone does not record SMS consent. Replying Y records your consent; the owner must also approve your server-operator authorization before monitoring alerts begin. Operator approval does not itself constitute SMS consent.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You must be the account holder or otherwise authorized to use the mobile number you provide. Keep your contact information current and tell us if you stop using that number.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any ADHD Forge SMS message to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive one final confirmation of your opt-out, after which you will not receive further program messages unless you provide consent again. You may also contact us for help managing your preferences.

Delivery and availability

Message delivery depends on your device, carrier, network coverage, and other factors. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable. Do not rely on this program for emergencies.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. We may modify or discontinue the messaging program. Changes to the program do not authorize messages outside the scope of your consent.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Website and service use

Use the website and our communication channels lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with our systems, or submit unlawful or harmful content. Links to separately operated services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Any separate written agreement for an ADHD Forge project or service continues to govern that project or service. These messaging terms do not change that agreement.

Updates to these terms

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. When a change requires new messaging consent, we will obtain that consent before sending messages covered by the change.
