Ask a questionWhich games and editions can I host?
Our initial catalog offers Minecraft Java Edition with Paper, plus Valheim for Steam players. Paper supports server plugins. Valheim crossplay is currently unavailable. Bedrock, large modpacks, and other games are not part of these plans; ask us about your requirements first.
How much RAM should I choose?
Start with the smaller plan for a modest private world. Plugins, exploration, and larger worlds can need more resources. Plan RAM is the total server allocation, so Java's heap needs room for its own overhead. Player count alone does not guarantee performance; contact us if you need help sizing a world.
How do ordering and server access work?
Create a client account and review the available configuration. When payments are enabled, complete checkout in the client area. Your order's status and server access will appear there after provisioning. The availability notice above shows whether checkout is open.
How do I start my Minecraft server?
Open your server's console in the server panel and press Start. On the first start, review and accept Mojang's EULA when prompted, then start the server again. Only accept if you agree to the terms. Your server's connection address appears in the panel.
Can I bring an existing world?
Yes. Your server panel provides file controls for importing a compatible world. Keep a copy of the original first, and check the game version before moving files. If you need a hand with the move, open a support ticket.
What should I know before choosing a plan?
Prices are listed in USD per month. Your client area shows availability, storage, configuration, and the terms that apply to your order. Resources are shared and limited to your chosen configuration. Performance depends on the world, plugins, and concurrent players.
