Your hosting service
ADHD Forge provides game hosting with the memory, storage, backup slots, and shared CPU limit shown on your selected plan. CPU percentages are scheduling limits on shared hardware, not dedicated physical cores. Player counts depend on the game, world, plugins, and mods; a particular player count or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Orders are available only when payment and public game connectivity are enabled. An account or support ticket does not reserve a server or create a paid subscription.
Payments and renewals
Plan prices are in US dollars. Your checkout and invoice show the price, billing interval, and any applicable tax before payment. Monthly services renew for another month while active unless cancelled. Automatic charging requires your agreement to save and use a payment method; you can manage saved payment methods in your account. We use Stripe for payment processing and do not store your full card number or card security code.
Your invoice shows the payment due date. A failed payment leaves the invoice unpaid; it does not confirm successful renewal. Contact support if you believe a charge or invoice is incorrect. Refund requests are reviewed by support; these terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law.
Cancelling your server
Open your service in the billing account and choose cancellation at the end of the billing period to stop the next renewal. Immediate cancellation ends the service and schedules removal of its server and stored files. Download your world and any backups before cancelling. Removing a saved payment method alone does not cancel a service.
Overdue payments and stored worlds
An overdue service may be suspended after a three-day grace period. Paying a valid outstanding renewal invoice can reactivate a suspended service while its server still exists. A service remaining overdue for 60 days may be terminated, including deletion of its world, files, and local backups. Immediate cancellation, abuse, or a security incident may end access sooner. Keep a separate copy of important worlds.
Backups and updates
The plan includes a finite number of local backup slots. Local backups and VM backups remain on the same physical host; off-host disaster recovery is not currently configured. Hardware loss can affect both a server and its local backups. Download important backups to a device or storage account you control.
Game updates and third-party changes can affect worlds or mods. Back up your world before an update. Scheduled server restarts and maintenance may interrupt gameplay. Support is provided through the account ticket system and email; a specific response-time guarantee is not currently offered.
Allowed use and game licences
Use your server lawfully and follow the game publisher’s licence and terms, including Minecraft’s EULA where applicable. You are responsible for your players, plugins, mods, and the material you upload. ADHD Forge is an independent hosting provider and is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, Iron Gate, or the publishers of hosted games.
Do not use the service for attacks, malware, spam, cryptocurrency mining, unlawful content, unauthorised access, or public proxy and VPN services. Do not attempt to access another customer’s files or private network resources. Resource and network limits protect the shared service. We may restrict or suspend activity that threatens other customers or the infrastructure.
Account security and support
Keep your account credentials private, use a unique password, and enable available two-factor authentication. Invite collaborators with separate accounts and only the permissions they need. You remain responsible for authorised collaborators’ actions.
