Information we collect
When you create a hosting account, we collect your account name, email address, password hash, and the details you provide for billing or support. We keep service selections, invoices, payment status, cancellation requests, and support tickets. The game panel records server configuration, usage, access logs, and files you upload. Network and web logs may include IP addresses and request details.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, provide and operate your server, process billing, deliver transactional email, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot incidents. Game files are stored to operate your server and create the backups you request or schedule. Authorised operators may access relevant records or files when necessary for support, maintenance, or security.
Service providers
Stripe processes payments and saved payment methods. We store payment references and invoice results rather than full card numbers or security codes. Twilio processes outgoing transactional email. Cloudflare provides web proxy and security services and can process web requests. Third-party game publishers and download sources have their own privacy practices.
We do not sell hosting customer information. We do not enrol hosting customers in the separate operational SMS programme through registration, checkout, or acceptance of these policies.
Cookies and account sessions
The billing site and game panel use separate essential session and security cookies for sign-in, request verification, and account preferences. These cookies are necessary to use authenticated pages. They are not shared with another customer. Signing out ends that account session; browser settings can also remove cookies.
Retention and deletion
Server files and local backups may be removed following cancellation or after 60 days of overdue service, as explained in the hosting terms. Download important files before cancellation. Administrative VM backups can retain older copies until their backup retention expires. Payment and invoice records may be retained where necessary for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Contact support to request access, correction, account closure, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify that you own the account. A deletion request does not automatically cancel a payment agreement or resolve an outstanding invoice; manage service cancellation in your account as well.
Security and your choices
Web traffic uses HTTPS. Customer servers have finite resource allocations and restrictions on access to private infrastructure. No online system can promise absolute security. Use a unique password, available two-factor authentication, and separate collaborator accounts. Keep your own copy of important worlds and backups.
For hosting privacy questions, contact [email protected] or open a support ticket. The existing website and SMS privacy policy continues to cover the separate messaging programme. Updates to hosting practices will be reflected here with a revised effective date.
